OLDER cards dont work ot work with bad frame rate.

with 1.29 we had a nasty bug,
for normal users only one town was used (autoselect=-1 message) when starting from pocxxl, that is the training harbour,

with 1.30 this should be fixed. In our tests it was working as we had a subdirectoy "addxxl_towns" and some towns in there which also fixes the bug, but this is an enhancement we later use for additional towns and not in the setup yet.

Soon also more harbours will follow.

final stage of the new version comes closer, we will have all harbours, the lock system works also and some new ships (we now can add ships dynamically) -

I just work on the network part to adjust all, then the release will come out also a pocxxl release -

attention the xml file format for ships will change slightly fist to prepare the addon ships for xxl and they can also be used for sim3dii to define a ship which make it necessary to add some new items,
to be conform with the xml standard small changes are also done in the naming and header.
