is it possible to make an exel sheet of each ship in which you can see voyages the ship made.

like this:

ship : aqua traveller

tripnr date from to cargo
01 01-01-1980 hamburg adelaide agraric.products
02 14-02-1980 adelaide signapore wood
03 29-02-1980 signapore djakarta ballast
enz enz

Call me a pagan, but I think that sort of list is something the demanding and in-depth player could manage on his own on the side while running the game. (Easiest if you use two screens for the computer.)

Somebody could make a log form that can be used by anybody.
I think in the line of
- One tab for each ship.
- Header on each tab with all relevant ship data. (Construction year, speed, cargo capacity, ship type, ship model, etc.)
- Rows used to notate anything interesting.

Could look something like:

1975-02-18 Signed the purchase contract. Price $ 2,358,000.00.
1975-03-14 Ship delivery at Amsterdam. Condition 53.4%, laid up for 25% repair, price $ 65,024.
1975-03-22 Repair finished. Loading ballast.
1975-03-23 Heading for Rotterdam. Speed 10 kts.
1975-03-26 Enter port of Rotterdam. Filling up bunkers, $ 89,457. Loading Electronics for Durban.
1975-04-01 Departure Rotterdam, heading for Durban, speed 17.6 kts.
1975-04-05 Encounter strong winds, force 9, going around.
1975-04-20 Enter Durban...

You get the picture...

Better looking than anything automatically generated, and makes it more interesting to run companies with relatively few ships.

Cheers
Olle

That is why I hired a qualified book keeper Wink
leaves me more time to do the "strategic thinking" Laughing
