I know this may sound silly and trivial but here goes.
When I go the charter screen and i'm checking things over I wonder what the ship looks like that i'm about to fill with cargo. Is there any possibility of adding a side view of the ship on this screen ? |

Well i'm no pro with a computer and I basically pasted this togather but this is what I see in my mind
Sorry its not bigger or clearer. Its really the best I could come up with in a few minutes. I actually increased the size of the play screen to fit the ship graphic and decreased the size of the freight/destination sectionI hope you can do something with it.
Also I noticed you said that the screen is very full. Yes it is full in window mode but in full screen mode there is alot of dead space around the howle game making the full screen mode play screen the same size as the windowed view. |

the problem is that the rest of the space is difficult to reach, but we can work on this also (as all screens are fixed 800x600.) maybe an info part which splits automatically,
but the window screen is not that bad, only some buttons are hidden. I will also work on that,. |

I'm glad you took my idea seriously, thanks alot.
I love the look of the game and it runs nicely but there a small things I see that would look better with small changes.
I saw the one button that is missing on my changes and its the remove freight button. I must have forgotten to move it first LOL
If I think of anything else i'll pass it on to you. |

would parts of the game be able to use a larger screan than 800x600, I really dont know anyone who has theirs set that small anymore, would 1024x768 be better?
Or would that require a lot of re programming? _________________ Cheers

Just so my idea is understood I wanted to make sure you knew what I meant by it.
What I have in mind is on the charter screen there would be a view of the ship in which the cargo is going to be loaded and not just a generic image that appears each time the screen is entered.
Silly or not I want to see what i'm loading freignth on to |

to use 1024x 768 for all means redoing ALL ! (all positionsings etc.) but I can place window like part around . |

I think it may be worth the investment to re-program the game to a bigger screenresolution. The game will look much more up-to-date, where it now sometimes looks like an "old" game. Don't be offended, cause that's not what I want to reach.
Re-programming it for a larger resolution will also give a better overview when you want to select loads. bigger res --> more space --> more lines on 1 screen etc etc. I understand it's a lot of work, but it will definitely improve the game. _________________ Freight Containers In The Port Of Antwerp |
