Anyone know how to set the number of berths in a new harbor and also how to decide if it has a dry dock or not? _________________ Cheers

If a harbour has a dock or not is switched by the d in
<hafentyp>p,q,y,g,c,r,b,d,t,a</hafentyp>
d = dock
no d = no dock  |

The type of dock depends on the line "repda"
All Docks with "repda" >= 101 are big docks! That means the cheapest possible big dock is repda 101 and the most expensive small dock is repda 100. |

I think the number of Berth are fixed.
If you go to your "office" and look at the Harbor Info-menu, you see all usermade harbors set at 14 berth available. With all original harbours you can also see the length of the berth, a number not available in the town0.xml file....
