Hi.
I bought the poc platinum license saturday,
and tried to copy and paste the license in to the clipboard,
then i got a message that the license was damaged and that i should try
to use the online updater to recover the complete license. What to do?

Also i typed in some details in the register form, and i dont know if that
was right of me.
I see now that this info probably is for the poc classic...
how do I erase what i have typed in?
tried to reinstall, but the info is still there.`


And the last bit, pocsim 3d is working great,
but not in the game, poc could not find pocsim 3d in the expexted
dirextory or something like that.
Pocsim 3dII is not working, first i can only start in demomodus, probably
because i dont get my license valideted...?
but in demomode the buttons i click disaper....
if i click one of the ships the button i clicked disaper, but i can still click
it....

Hope someone can help me with this.

majpr problem usually on this,

you need top copy THE WHOLE EMAIL into the clipboard, not only any part.
Really ALL !!!!

then it shoudl work also the path will be found.
YOu start pocxxl first, then the pocsim3dii which will register path etc. after this. and should recognize the license also after pocxxl found it.

Yeah, i did copy the hole mail, everything, the hole window Smile ctrl+A...
But still not working Sad

Btw: I updatet my license yesterday, and got this mail back :

Hello, Your PoC License Update Request has been processed and the
following comment has been added: We have successfully verified your payment. Your new Ports of Call License will be sent to you in a seperate
e-mail. Thank you for supporting Ports of Call. The status of your
request has been changed to : Accepted

I have still not recieved any new license, but i guess it only takes some time... ? but do you think it might work whit the updatet one?

it was send out,

but we will send it directly to you again, this time as a zip file.

please always check your spam settings, it might have been there this is a very common case for not receiving our automatic emails.

Also if the past does not work the email client might be the problem, some destroy the email by adding CRLF etc,
with the zip file just uncompress the file and use the file poc.lic and save this to you folder containing pocxxl.exe (usually programs\poc\pocxxl\bin)
