pocsim3dii usually gies to c:\programs\poc\pocsim3dii

the locattion is also stored in the registry after starting the programe once (like the license).

After that one another popup comes:
Please install POCSim3d, we did not find it at the expected location:
c:\program files\poc\pocxxl\..\pocsim3d\pocsim3d.exe

I have tryed to uninstall the POC3DSimII install it in The pocxx Directory

but Still when i start POC with this 2 popus as entry to habours in POC (errors).

I tried to uninstall it again placed it in poc directory

if you read the error message
it tells about POCSIM3D

not POCSIM3DII

if you want to use pocsim3dii you have to check the pocsim3dii option in pocxxl not pocsim3d which is the older simulator.

YOu also need a platinum key

ok
then please open the registry and look for ports of call,

there should be an entry with the path of pocsim3dii,
where is it pointing to ?

Hi RDK,
I've got the same problem as you know.
my editor finds several ports of call in the registry.
Question: where should it point to ? Embarassed

important is for pocsim3dii there should be only one entry pointing to the valid install directory.

You can also delete the poc entrys and start pocxxl with the poc.lic local and after this pocsim3dii, then the reference should be corrected.
