sound settings

hi rdklein,

it would be nice if you could implement sound settings to the poc sim 3d2.
sometimes i'd like to play poc while listening to music.
that's impossibile at the moment because the vessels engines arfe always to loud as well as the other sounds.
either one should be able to decrease the whole sounds or
engines, and environemtal sounds seperated.

ye I can use the same as in the deluxe 2008 edition, there all sounds can be setted in the admin menue,
