red lines for time without any reason

As POC was one of my two first game on Amiga. I've just downloaded POC XXL to play again as before

But i think there is a problem (or a lack of documentation in the manual).

Why some list of freight are in red even i have the right ship and fast enought to deliver in time?

its only a warning ! The computer wont take this freight. You must add load and unload times to the pure ETA time and also storm events might happen for example. But the times are not based on the correct distance, but on a estimation only, so this might differ of course in addition to this (we change this with the new router)
