I have been wanting to add a few historic war freighters for a while.

Added a new page, first ships are the MS Reluctant (of movie fame)
and 2 Knot ships (officially A1-M-AV1 or some such).
One is a shelterdecker the other a single decker
They were built in a large series, almost 300, and with variations in pay load, equipment, speed and such.
For instance the same could be had with a speed of 14.5 knots, but horsepower had to be increased from 1750 to almost 4000 to do that...
Liberty's will come next and whatever else I can find.
They are all shown in civilian colors, since I am not much of a military guy.
I am more in the History of it and the work some of these ships did for many years later.
Actually the Imkenturm, a Hansa type "A" freighter shown on the Hansa page is also a series built War Freighter.

Also spiffied the files for the Knot ships up a bit, fuel consumption and such.

Hansa coaster Stahleck late 50's
This ship is a "convertible" (Wechselschiff) and can be run at 2300 tdw by increasing draft from 4.7 meter to 5.4 meter in the xml file.

War Freighter: Empire Baltic.
The suffix empire doesn't actually denote a class as such.
I picked this one because it was a typical"Scandinavian" type steamer with clear decks, which made it ideal for the lumber trade.
Hundreds were built between the 30's and 40's in several European countries and flew almost every European flag.
Either way, I liked this one, so here she is
