Lost Licenses

Due to heavy increasing demand of lost licenses (even multiples),
we have to charge from NOW ON

4.- euro

per lost license.

Currently this must be done by money transfer, later we try to establish a automatic payment system.

Wegen starker Zunahme der Nachfragen bei verlorenen Lizenzen muessen wir ab sofort eine Bearbeitungsgebühr von

4- euro

pro verlorener Lizenz verlangen.

USE SWREG for payment (our US shop) and then write an email will al data you have on this issue. If we dont find a trace the fee is lost.

I will check this, sometimes emails dont work (full mailbox) or spwam filter do remove all emails e send via the license robot!
I will answer here after we have checked it

we got an email today at 00h43 we cannot reply that fast! (sonday midnight sorrry !!!!)

other emails are not received.

usually when you purchase a lost license you always need to contact us with all data we need the find the lost data like date of purchase, shop and which license, we dont get an automatic entry for search. we have to look through emails over years after this.

we get several emails like this a day and cnnot handle it without proper data !
ome emails lokk like (I want to play poc again) or (my computer crashed) without any useable data to identify the person. This cost us incredible time.
