We get from time to time users, which cannot be answered, they entered a wrong reply address, and then I get about 3-5 mails complaining not to answer,
in such case, pelase also provide a phone numebr for example so we have a chance to answer,

same happens in our shops, but here the address helps usually to solve the problem.

for example we search M. Klement -- please send us a phone to reply or correct your email return address which is wrong.
