Loans and interests

If you ask for a loan, in the game you´ll have to pay 12% in interests. I think that is a little too much. I also thinki, that it would be a good idea, to consider, a more variable interest. Maybe the interests could follow the shipprize, when it goes up, the interest should be high, and when the spiprizes going down the interests should follow the shipprize down.

Maybe its a little bit too difficult, to create, but it was just an idea.

anothe suggestion to this topic:

i think there are mortgages in real life which you sign for e.g. 30 years
if these years are gone the mortgage is paid back.
i think this is especially for haouses, i don't know about it is in the
shipping business.

I think, I agree with you Christian Todt. In the real life, if you take a loan, in the bank, or anywhere else, you always pays back both interests, and instalment at the same time. in the beginning you are paying more interests, then instalmentat, but As the time is running, instalment is going to be a bigger part, of the payback. I think that we should have the same posibility in this game. On the other hand, if you on some moment, have made so much profit, that you can pay the complete loan, at once, I also think that you should have that posibility. Smile
