Serial number.

Can anyone help me?
I just downloaded Ports of Call, the classic edition. To play more than an hour, I have to registrate. To registrate, I need a serial number, which the readme-file says I can get at rdklein.de for free:

"To register just look at www.rdklein.de
POC is free now. You get your serial number
for free."

I cannot find it. Can anyone help me with this?

from where you downloaded it?
on rdk's own page you should have read that you need at least a
silver license (for €4) to play over 1 hour.

I downloaded the game from this site:

and have no problem starting it, but to play more than an hour I need a license/serial number.
In the file REGISTER.TXT I find this information:

"To register just look at www.rdklein.de
POC is free now. You get your serial number
for free."

Or the german version from the file REGISTDT.TXT:

"Auf der Webseite www.rdklein.de koennen Sie
die Registrierungsnummer abholen,
POC ist frei."

So from this I came to the conclusion that I only need to pay if i want to play the new version of PoC.
Right or wrong?

very strange as I removed this text long time ago !,
But this text was in an old version before we change the policies.

The server did a restore backup to old files (1998) now I updated the files back to the current version,

@bjornagain send me a short email, I will send you a free license - thanks for the hint.

this is not true - I have just today on the 16-10-2009 tried to obtain a serial, nothing but the 1hr play time is free.

I previously bought the gold license but can't find it anymore, and when I saw this I hoped to play the game once again.

I did not receive an email,
please refer to this thread in the message body and use subject=poc sn
with the theeaad infos and your personal data Iwill resend the gold license then.
you have to use name town and sn exactly ! as in the license email to unlock poc.

ps. I received anemail from a C.H. is this your email, it was rather confusing without the GOLD info instead a silver license attached.
But this should also unlock when you enter it in the poc version with name (not yours) and town and sn as in the email.
