cannot use 3d11

i am on the game when it comes to tug stirike an di have to do it my self up pops this screen saying
startinging in demo modus (some restrictioans apply) you need a platinum licence for poc 3d11 Gold is not sufficent.
i click on the ok button then the next screen pops upcannot start from within poc xxl with out a valid licince.

i have a platinum licence any idea what the problem is or how to fix it
