In the coding for every harbour there seems to be a risk value for the harbour workers to strike, but I have never seen such an event, though I have had many a tugboat worker strike (and avoid a few harbours, while gaining status; eg. New York, London, Marseilles, Hamburg etc.).
Does such an event exist? |

Never paid attention, but if it exists it may not be announced
but it could well happen.
One would have to carefully watch the time in harbor, for instance if a ship
has a unload factor of 2 but it actually takes 3 days then that would indicate a work slow down to me. _________________ Frohe Reise, Bearsie. |
