While I have collected ports from others and made quite a few myself
I tend to restrict harbors in the game to 140.
For instance I swapped the original (game) port for Alaska with Anchorage for a net gain of 0.
For my coaster game I have to swap the whole town.xml anyways
to avoid harbors outside the North Sea and Baltic Sea.
