(Bitte jemand ins englische Übersetzen, ich bräuchte Stunden dafür, danke)
Hallo zusammen!
Unterscheiden sollte man:
Fähren und Kreuzfahrtschiffe sind ja bereits unterschieden
dann

Factually you're asking for more shipcodetypes and freightcode types. This indeed is on the todo list. Don't know when RDK will have something like this implemented. _________________ Freight Containers In The Port Of Antwerp |

Yes that's right.
In my opinion it is the most needed thing for pocxxl to make the game more realistic and more difficult.
I think RDK should concentrate his manpower on this, but what do other's think about that.

Hi,
RDK also have to look at the draft and sizesof ships.
Now you can go with a vlcc into a small harbour.
In real world this can not.
ps.this is already a old request.

Arie Zwart. |

yes I know, also Cuxhaven is one of the problem areas,
we already started to place the necessary infos in the ply files, which is the max width and height of a ship at the berth. |

Hi there,
I know this discussion is already finished, but I got a remark to the orginal post regarding the different cargos.
It would be very nice to exclude the cargo "heavy lift" from the general break bulk or container cargo.
We have already some special heavy lift vessels (Annegret, Spiegelgracht) and it is quit difficult to keep these vessels in the "earning money" range with normal break bulk or containers. Especially Annegret is just to small.
With a special heavy lift cargo (I mean a "heavy lift only"-solution how it is used for vehicles) it would be another highlight of the game and a small step to realism

there are indeed some requests about freights in poc.
i bet rdks todolist is 2 metres long
before creating a new freighttype rdk should first implement
the difference between general cargo and bulk cargo...
that's my opinion. _________________ Navigare neccesse est |
