mouse wheel scroll in charter window

Hi all,
Long time player, first time poster...

I have a small request which has been annoying me for a while now.

Whenever I charter a ship, I have to manually scroll up and down the available cargo list. The mouse wheel does not work there.
It works everywhere else, but not there. Could this be implemented?

And one more thing. Would it be possible to make the columns user definable? For me, the price per unit is very important, but I hardly see it, as it is too far to the right. I would prefer, if I could drag the whole column further to the left, or resize other columns, so that I can fit more info into the window.

yes its on the wish list, currently the pocxxl is still developed on windows nt (does not support mouse wheels),
but I am about to move it to XP and tehn we will get this function.
(I would have dones this before, but we need to install the program using an installer, the automatic updater might have some problems which I test in these days to solve it),
