Has anybody created them by any chance?

COLOMBIA
Santa Marta (Atlantic coast)
Buena Ventura cancelt, found on my pc, forgot to install

CHILE
Iquique
Valparaiso (gate to the capital Santiago de Chile)
Talcahuano
Concepcion
Punta Arenas

ARGENTINE
Necochea
Bahia Blanca
Ushuaia (world's southernmost town)

I would like to do it myself, but there are too many unknown parameters in the xml-files (for me).
