Sorry for a lot of requests...but don't understand me- just suggestions
-yearly balance sheet, (with taxes for profits)
-more possibility for investments for example:
- -buildings like houses, apartments, offices and so on, stocks and tanks in the ports with the possibility to get a fee for the different buildings (400$ per month for an apartment or 10$ per day for a square meter of stock/tank for example)
- -improvements for the own office building or different office buildings to buy or for rent,
- -simple cash on deposit
-shipyard for design (kind of ship, size of the ship, speed, bunker/range) and order ships with a real construction time (one year and a half for tanker for example)
-I think the repair time for ships is too short
-possibility of cruises for cruise liner ships
-possibility to order ship crews with different skills/charges
-ship/cargo/building assurance |

I like these ideas
I also would like preowned ships to be in layup in a random port and you have to move it from there.
not all preowned ships be available all the time.
