Bug with control of ships

Trying again here, and hope for an answer.

I can not control my ships at all, it seems as the time limit expires before I can do anything. (Exept in the radar-mode, there everything works ok.)

In/out of port, reefs, rafts, icebergs etc, they all time out instanly, leaving a message like this "We haven't got all day. You are blocking the fairway! Atug tows you to safe waters. Charges: Million $ 0.2"

Very frustrating...
Good game though, havent played this in years (I am 40 now) but it is still amazingly addictive.

iPhone 3GS 32Gb latest Os. Both add-on's.
Can I uninstall and reinstall?

yes you can uninstall and then reinstall using itunes. That should help.
