New futures

First off ,, i love the game and playing it as mutch as i can make time for it .
And thanx to all who made ports and gods/ships i salute you all , making the game even better )

Now i wounder
Is it possibel to add some more futures in the game ..ex. option to but boats out on contract runs ,, on smaller rates or some time better rates `? like the shipping industri is doing today?
