Thrusters Problem

I'm playing POC XXL and I bought a "Manukai" medium container ship which is listed as having both bow and stern thrusters. But when I try to dock the ship in 3DSimII and use Ctrl and/or Shift with the left/right cursor keys, the controls are moved on the console but nothing happens, the ship does not move, as if no thrusters were installed. Am I doing something wrong or is it possible that the ship does not come with thrusters?

I have 3DSimII v1.63 installed and I'm playing the game in Windows Vista SP1. I have tried to use the thrusters by launching 3DSimII by itself with the same result, no working thrusters.

Anyone else having this problem?

the Manukai is a addon ship ? -- it might not be supported by pocsimdii, e.g. its replaced by a similar ship.

I just installed the original POC files with no external add-ons. Sorry for the misunderstanding, here's the ship description:



With the added realism of 3DSimII, it is very difficult to dock those large ships, so I am eager to test how the thrusters work.

Looks like it was just a momentary glitch. The thrusters appear to be working now.

I have no explanation.
