Last night I discovered that sailing from Timaru to Picton both being on the South Island I had to sail around the whole of the North Island to get back to Picton which is just north from Timaru like being "around the corner" scenario.
Any help if possible RDK
Thank you

maybe the routing map has to be updated , but this is a user addon, somaybe it can be provided there. |

In the original pocxxl the Cook Strait is not open.
Give me your email and I send you the map files where I corrected this and opened the Strait Of Messina (between Italy and Sicily) as well.

By the Way: Sparky, we should try to combine our edited maps,
as I did some Changes to get my Philippine harbors working. _________________ Navigare neccesse est |

Hi Christian and Sparky,
It would be kind of you if above combi mapXmask files affected could be released for use
Had some try to fix it but no route calculation occured.
I don't know if RDK would fix this addon bug in a propably updated future release of northeast passage ports as discussed months ago.
Thanking you
Best regards

thank you Christian for instant response
As still remain differences betw your upd masks and Sparky's (Kiel canal,Messina strait) I'd like to ask if these fixes should be incorporated into user addons images folder or games' one
@RedEvil,
I have last upd downloaded- if you don't face problems navigating through those passages or other users then I must apologize for retrieving already done fixes.
Thanks a lot

Hello cbisti,
it depends....
if you always play with the useraddons,
I'd recommend you to place the files in /useraddons/images
as they will be overwritten in updates, if they are in the original folder
(because the updater notices, that they are not the same as RDKs).
But if you play more often without useraddons then just place them
in the original path - but be aware, that you need to copy them there
every time you use the Onlineupdate....
with best regards,
