A shipowner cannot lead a shipping company without a suitable office. PoC XXL should be upgraded with an adequate tool.

1. It should be possible to rent or to buy an office.

2. Payment for the purchase of an office building should be possible by cash and/or by real-estate credit.

3. An adequate range of different office types should be available.

4. Expensive and prestigious offices should lead to a better status.

5. It should be a requirement to have an office with a specific size depending on the size of fleet.

A basic solution is already available for PoC Deluxe. This implementation should only be improved for PoC XXL as described above.
