vista sp1 blocking the wiseupdt.exe

we use the updater for automatic update checking, the sp1 of vista changed the behavior:

The wise updater is blocked on startup by vista sp1,
this is due a new handling of user programs runing in the startup.

one of the solutions is to delete the wiseupdte.exe from the startup and run it manually from time to time.
