Becaus ethe updater cannot install system files an error might occur after restarting pocxxl (missing MCI32.OCX) if MCI32 is not foudn on your system , pleaseuse the following setup:
http://www.rdklein.de/pocxxl/setuppocxxlruntime2021.exe
it will install all runtime packages for pocxxl.
