What I consider not so realistic in poc xxl: You get not charged in Harbours for laying in berths. Normally this costs a lot and per hour. Laying up in Hamburg one day, for example was not affordable. Ships dispatch speed should be also distinguished stronger between low cost and high-tech ships.
Also, in real world, there are ship models offered with cranes, because harbours in the third world are rarely equipped with cranes. Having cranes abord normally makes it possible or much faster to despatch. I think there should be also harbours in the game, where you have to have cranes abord in order to be able to dispatch. And unload speed should be dependend to this. Also, you could consider different berths: High speed unloading, Crane, without crane... charged differently and to be chosen when entering the port.
