See your other topic. I want it black, as bunker oil is black. I voted Yes cause I want it to have a color. Don't know why, but Y and N were available. _________________ Freight Containers In The Port Of Antwerp |

I like that idea, if the age of ship came into it as well that would be good, old looking guages for old ships and maybe a digital readout for new ones? _________________ Cheers

Originally fuel tanks were measured with a "dipstick"
the sightglass really only came into play for the Daytanks.
I assume that by now they use some sort of level sensors
with gauges in the control center
I can't do a gauge that turns like a clock, although RDK can
hence my concentration on a sight glass or what I did now,
I shall try the sightglass again, but its a lot of work to make it look right ...
timeline it would be cool to go from dip stick to brass sight glass to analog gauge to digital
I agree , it does take up some time to refuel, but it is an essential part of the operation. _________________ Frohe Reise, Bearsie. |

You got it !
I put the actual panel you need on the Fuel page
in several popular colors, made them all a tad darker _________________ Frohe Reise, Bearsie. |
