Due to massiv spam attacks with unwantent content we had to disable the memberlist.

phpBB does not allow us a feature which we need, e.g. disable of member before they are activated, but this allow users to publish spam, so we have decided to disable the memberlist completely, as we dont have the time to lookup for entry all the time.

we think about using a new forum system (fud2) , but then we have to freeze this one and build the dataset from scratch.

Any suggestions ?
