The red hulled tanker in the right picture is hard to tell, due to the shadows.
If it has round (half round) "tank tops" it might be LPG/LNG,
otherwise most likely a good sized product tanker _________________ Frohe Reise, Bearsie. |

0.91 meter @ pixel (don't ask me why)

Hi Christian.
On your site the Borgward is still listed with 3000 trailers, that will surely sink her... Supposed to have only 400 trailers. _________________ Frohe Reise, Bearsie. |

Hello,
I've loaded up three compilations of addons to my website.
They are taken from Big Bears Website and carefully sorted and upmade
for using them. Look on my website in the "Ports of Call" part.
Regards,

does someone know, from which port the philippines do export their bulk goods?
neither Zamboanga nor Cebu have terminals for these goods,
althogh there are many resources such as Zinc and chloride, which are produced and traded by the philippines. _________________ Navigare neccesse est |

Hi Christian,
First of all, thank you for taking up the Philippine ports.
Zamboanga is mostly for inter island and inter port travel. I am not aware of what goods get exported from there.
Btw, Zamboanga is on the island of Mindanao, on the southwestern tip. You can find ferry services to local ports going to places all over the Phil's but mostly to the soutehr islands and other minor ports on the island of Mindanao.
I have a few pics for Cebu. I know for a fact that Mangoes are exported and some other fruit, but can't remember at the moment. They also have passengers, since it is a major hub between local ports. As for other items, yes, they are also exported from Cebu and from Manila. The ports area in Cebu doesn't look like much and is scattered if you look at it from satellite view.
I was not that good in the last couple of weeks and also got cought up in other things.
Good to see that some other people are also interested in doing ports of the Phil's |

Hello Christian,
Here are items exported from Cebu, some time ago.
Sun Star (newspaper)- Cebu wrote: |

Cebu exports increase 6%
Cebu exports grew six percent in the first quarter of this year to $998.98 million from the same period a year ago, according to the Department of Trade Industry (DTI) 7.
DTI-7 Institutional Development Division Chief Rose Mae Quiñanola
expressed optimism that the value of exports in the region would continue to rise in spite of projections that the demand for electronic products could slow down.
The electronics sector comprised 24 percent of the total exports for the quarter, according to Quiñanola in a statement.
Electronic items exported by Cebu include electronics components, telephone sound and video apparatuses, print cartridges, computer magnetic discs, camera paraphernalia, cellular phone parts and electronic watches.
The other products exported by the province include furniture, fashion accessories, processed foods, and gifts, toys and house-ware.
Cebu exports have been growing, the trade department said.
In 2002, exports grew three percent to $686.5 million in the first three months of the year. This increased 12 percent to $770.56 million the following year.
Last year, exports soared 23 percent to $943.98 million. (CTL)

Also, if you read up this article, you will find a lot of information about bulk carriers and where in the Philippines. So yes, bulk goods are exported from Cebu also.

Then you can find items here, that are exported from Cebu, besides the previous reference.
You have fruits (and dry fruit), furniture and seaweed.

I hope those are enough products. Oh yeah, they also have fuel terminals for import |
