cant use my license?

I have a platin license fra 17/7/07

And now I have a new computer, and would really like to play POC, ofcourse...

The install worked fine, but I can't get by the registration, it wont take my license / serial number....

I check the license name: platin
Write the city
and the serialnumber (only 4 diget ?)
and also my e-mail adress.

But it just keep saying that it is wrong.

Any ideas on how I make it work, am I missing something here??

yes the new license is different (though there is a part for name= town= sn=) we recommend just copy the WHOLE email into the clipboard then just start pocxxl, you dont need to fill in anything anymore with the new license, pocxxl will find the license in the clipboard,

top get it into the clipboard just mark all text (reall ALL not only a part) with for example CTRL-A then to get it into the clipboard use EDIT_ copy or CTRL-C (depends on the program you use to view the license).

some email clients destroy part of the license, in this case send us a mail and we ZIP the file.

aha... now it did find something, but it said that it was broke and asked me to update my license, and so I did...

Now I just have to wait, or????

does it help to update ?

a broke indicates that you either did not really copy the WHILE EMAIL (I mean email not the part with the cryptic codes only),

or the email client did destroy part of the license, in this case send us a short email.

nope, that dident work.....

I do exatly as the mail says I should, and nothing happens...

What info do you want me to write in the e-mail, and to what adress???

it shoudl contain the order number and shop you bought the license so we can lookup then we will send you a ZIP file which is more email client save.
