hi,
an engine might work longer without repairs, while the hull of a ship might night need more care (painting etc.) (or is it the other way around? .
so how about breaking the overall conditions into multiple categories of repairs/conditions.
example: hull/structure, engine, electric |

seems like a lot of work for little effect.
Usually upper management cares little about the specifics of maintenance, only the engineers and technicians do. _________________ Frohe Reise, Bearsie. |

as above. And paint jobs are often done by the crew itself. Difficult hull and motor maintenance is done in a shipyard and at the same time (dry-docking twice is kinda expensive). _________________ Freight Containers In The Port Of Antwerp |
