Good day and a Happy New Year for 2008 to each and everyone around POC.
I would like to know what is the best way to convert notepad-files into XML-format????? I have down loaded some conversion tools from the net but without any success.
Any suggestions or is this the first secret into 2008
Thank you and have a nice day.
P.S. Remember to spend time with the family too.
I normally keep all my vessels in port on 25/12 and 01/01

hello ricardo,
you have to do the following:
if you have the xml cose in notepad,
choose "save as" and save as file type"All files"
then you have to to attach ".xml" to the filename.
notepad saves the file as xml file then.

You can simply rename the .txt files in .xml !
There is no real conversion necessary.
The .xml files are nothing else than simple .txt files with an other ending. _________________ Visit http://www.pocshipyard.de for free ships and harbours |
