Easy enough to add the cars yourself 
My Alaska ports do have oil 
Btw you can't get oil in Saudi Arabia either

You cannot get oil in alaska, because Your damned tankers are always sinking. Just think of the cost to remove the oilspills!

You can find Ancorage on one of the pages.
From there you can ship a lot of oil.
