Really strange, Try to add the path manually,
in the Ports of Call section of the registry

PocSim3dII Path
REG_SZ
c:\programs\poc\pocsim3dii\

important is the exact spelling, and adjust the path according to you installation.
in the Ports Of Call section should be also the LicenseFile entry with the path to the poc.lic file (pocxxl should have done this already).

1- call regedit from a command line
2- search for "ports of call"
there should be several entries one of the is the path.

what is the name of the file i need to find ben looking alle over stil cant find it

not a file name,
the registry is a system part.

you need t start the registry editor
1. go to a dos prompt
2. enter regedit as command
3. use the search functin of the registry editor to find the "ports of call" entry.
