Warum findet das Forum überwiegend in Englischer Srache statt,wobei der Rahmen in Deutscher Sprache geschrieben ist?

Die meisten User haben zumindest Englisch als gemeinsame Sprache. -- Aber Fragen ruhig in Deutsch stellen, es findet sich auch da jemand zur Beantwortung.
