I would like your opinion about actions on forward freight business - lets say that company X has some goods that they wanted to ship, then you and all other companies should have an option to bid on the exclusive right to move that company's goods for at fixed period of time to and from any harbour around the world - to put this in short: the one who can move the goods cheapest wins the auction - then there could be this little twist just to make a little more exciting:
To participate in an auction you would have to pay a fee fixed say $5 mill. or a percentages of what the business would be worth - if or when you win, all you can hope for is that the company don't goes broke before you have made a profit - that could happen  I.e paying $5 mill. in auction fees and onlt make $2.5 mill. = bad business decission  |
