Number of berths in ports?

Anyone know how to set the number of berths in a new harbor and also how to decide if it has a dry dock or not?

If a harbour has a dock or not is switched by the d in
<hafentyp>p,q,y,g,c,r,b,d,t,a</hafentyp>

d = dock
no d = no dock Wink

I think the number of Berth are fixed.
If you go to your "office" and look at the Harbor Info-menu, you see all usermade harbors set at 14 berth available. With all original harbours you can also see the length of the berth, a number not available in the town0.xml file....
